1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Sam Movers 4U provides removal and relocation services including:

  • House removals
  • Man and van services
  • Office relocations
  • Packing services
  • Storage solutions
  • International removals

3. Booking and Payment

  • Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Payment: Full payment is due on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your move
  • Ensure adequate access for our vehicles
  • Obtain necessary parking permits
  • Disclose any items requiring special handling
  • Secure pets and children during the move
  • Be present or have a representative present during the move

5. Insurance and Liability

  • We carry goods in transit insurance up to £50,000
  • We are not liable for items not packed by our staff
  • Valuable items (over £500) must be declared in advance
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals
  • Firearms, explosives, or illegal items
  • Perishable food items
  • Live animals
  • Plants (for international moves)

7. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with our service:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of your move
  2. Provide details of your complaint in writing
  3. We will respond within 5 working days
  4. We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, or road closures.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
